Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Where We Ship From

Unsettled fulfills orders from both our U.S. facility and directly from our manufacturing partners. Regardless of origin, all orders are quality-checked before shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, please contact us at hello@unsettled.xyz.
